Try our 12 Days of Christmas Workout next time you’re in the gym.

1 x Burpee with Press Up

2 x Sumo Squats

3 x Straight Leg Raises

4 x Star Jumps

5 x Tricep Dips

6 x Bicycle Crunches

7 x Hip Raises

8 x Mountain Climbers

9 x Squat Jumps

10 x Alternating Lunges

11 x Step Ups

12 x Plank Shoulder Taps


It goes just like the song, so

1 Burpee, then 2 Sumo Squats and 1 Burpee, then 3 Leg Raises 2 Sumo Squats and 1 Burpee. You get the idea 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1….until the last round of 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
