It’s that time of year – a Christmas ladder challenge is needed to work off all that over indulgence.


Start with one 30 second plank.

Then do one 30 second plank and two push ups

Then do one 30 second plank, two push ups and three squats


You know how the rest goes……


1 30 sec plank

2 Push ups

3 Squats

4 Dumbbell curls

5 Sits ups

6 Tricep dips

7 Step ups (each leg)

8 mountain climbers

9 Shoulder presses

10 Reverse lunges (each leg)

11 Bent over rows
