You will have heard the quote ‘your body can stand almost anything it's your mind you have to convince’. This is so true! In case you missed it, we walked 46 miles on Saturday completing the Pathfinder March. It would have been easy to stop at several points but with support and encouragement we completed it. That and the fact we are strong willed and stubborn!
